Where is my tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched, check your dispatch or shipping confirmation email for the tracking information provided for your order.

Delivery timeline

Orders placed by 12:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are processed in 1–2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 4–7 business days, giving a total delivery window of 5–9 business days from payment to doorstep.

My order has not arrived yet

Please check your tracking information first. If your order is outside the stated delivery window, contact support@cuvante.store with your order details so we can help.
