Shipping Policy

At Cuvante™, every UK order receives free tracked delivery, with no minimum spend and no hidden shipping charges.

Order Cut-Off

Our daily order cut-off is 12:00 PM (Noon) GMT, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling and Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, for order verification, quality checks, careful packaging and dispatch.

Tracked Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are sent via a premium tracked letterbox courier.

• Transit time: 4–7 business days, Monday to Friday

• Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from cleared payment to delivery

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Letterbox-Friendly Delivery

Cuvante™ hydrocolloid patch orders are lightweight and dispatched in discreet, flat envelopes designed to fit through a standard letterbox. In most cases, there is no need to be home to sign for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your shipping label is created, we will email your tracking link to the email address used at checkout. You can use it to follow your order’s journey with the delivery provider.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide a complete, accurate UK postal address capable of receiving a flat envelope through a standard letterbox. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or unsuitable address entered at checkout.

Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your tracking has not updated, your order has not arrived after 10 business days, or your envelope arrives damaged, contact support@cuvante.store with your order number. We will investigate as a priority and arrange an appropriate resolution.
