TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Cuvante™ Skincare

Cuvante™ Skincare is operated by Zakia Ahmad, a sole trader. Our administrative head office is Leobersdorfer Straße 119, 2560 Berndorf, AT, Austria.

2. The Consumer Contract

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through cuvante.store. By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an acknowledgement email after receiving your order; this does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, products are unavailable, there is a material pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Tracked UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Payment must be authorised before we process an order.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Our daily order cut-off is 12:00 PM (Noon) GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on bank holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Handling and processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Tracked transit takes 4–7 business days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated delivery window is 5–9 business days from cleared payment to delivery. Timeframes are estimates calculated in business days and exclude weekends and applicable bank holidays.

Orders are sent in discreet, flat, letterbox-friendly envelopes.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and functional standard UK postal address capable of receiving a flat envelope through a standard letterbox slot. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or unsuitable address supplied at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Our Austrian administrative head office is not a customer-service desk, retail location or returns-processing centre. Do not send return parcels there without written return instructions from Cuvante™. To begin a cancellation or return request, email support@cuvante.store with your order number. We will provide the applicable process and authorised return instructions.

7. Product Use

Cuvante™ products are intended for cosmetic skincare use. Read product instructions and ingredient information before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Product information does not constitute medical advice.

8. Unauthorised Resale

Cuvante™ products are sold for personal use. Unauthorised commercial resale, redistribution, marketplace listing or use of Cuvante™ intellectual property without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cuvante™ name, branding, product copy, images, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to Cuvante™ Skincare. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit them without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of habitual residence.
